Custom Shipping Container Conversions in Florida

What do you want your finished container to do? Bring us plans for an office, studio apartment, container home or container tiny house, tack room, bar, food-service space, refrigeration or industrial and custom work. Your ideas, layout and property details give us a starting point for working out the build with you.

Start with the use, then define the work

Walk us through a normal day in the space. Who will use it, what will they do and what equipment or contents need to fit? A simple sketch can show entrances, work areas, storage, furniture and any separate rooms you would like.

Ask which jobs will be completed on the container and which you need to arrange at your property. Work through delivery, foundations or supports, utility connections and any design or approval questions before you commit.

Offices and working spaces

You might need a place for site administration, meetings, desk work or a mix of work and storage. Tell us how many people will use it, what equipment they need, where they will enter and what power and cooling are required. Add desks, files and tools to your sketch.

Our site-office page goes into more detail about planning a workspace for a construction site or business.

Studio apartments and container homes

For a studio apartment, container home or container tiny house, sketch how you want to live: where you will sleep, cook, bathe, store things and move between areas. A shipping container is the starting structure for these projects.

Bring the property location, living arrangements and utility plans into the conversation early. Ask which engineering, residential-design and local-approval steps you need, and who will take responsibility for each.

Tack rooms and agricultural uses

List the gear and supplies you want in your tack room, then plan how you will reach them. Tell us about any concerns with the conditions inside. Show nearby work areas and the route from your barn, yard or equipment area. Refrigeration or dedicated equipment space can be discussed separately.

Bars and food-service spaces

Tell us what you will serve, what equipment you need and how staff, customers and supplies will move through the space. A bar, preparation area and food-service counter each need a layout that suits the work.

Work through openings, surfaces, power, water, drainage, ventilation and refrigeration for your operation. Ask which food-service, property and operating requirements need to be checked before the plans are settled.

Refrigeration, industrial and custom projects

For refrigeration, start with the goods, conditions they need and how you will load them. For industrial work, describe the equipment, materials and activities the container will support. Bring equipment details and any requirements your team has already identified.

If you will use the space in several ways, explain how those activities fit together. We can then work through separate areas, access, service connections and which jobs belong in your container conversion.

Build a scope everyone can follow

  • Identify the container, what you will use it for and the agreed layout.
  • List the openings, interior work, equipment and connections you need.
  • Set out which work happens on the container and which happens at your property.
  • Agree who handles professional reviews and local approvals.
  • Check delivery arrangements, handover, operating information and what the quote includes.

A few things worth knowing

Can I combine storage with a finished room?

Tell us how you will use each area and reach it. We can work through the separation, equipment and conditions you need before agreeing on the layout and work.

Do you build tiny houses from shipping containers?

Yes. You can talk to us about a container tiny house or container home. Bring the property details, your living-space ideas and any requirements you already know about.

Can you work from my drawing or equipment list?

Yes. Bring your ideas, measurements and equipment details. We can look at what you have and identify any further drawings, specifications or professional input you will need.

How is a conversion priced?

The container, layout, openings, interior work, equipment and delivery all affect the price. Ask for a clear list of what is included and what you need to arrange separately.
