Shipping Container Air Conditioning in Florida

If your plans call for cooling, we can add air conditioning as part of a storage upgrade, office or larger container conversion. Tell us what will happen inside, when you will need cooling and what your property can support. We will work through the equipment and installation details with you before they are agreed for your project.

Describe the conditions you need

Will you store goods or equipment, or will people work inside? Tell us when you will use the space, how many people may be there and how often the doors will open. Include any equipment you plan to run.

If your stored items have particular requirements, send those with your enquiry. Knowing the conditions they need gives us a much clearer starting point than a request to make the container cooler.

Discuss insulation, airflow and moisture together

Bring your wall, ceiling and interior-finish plans into the cooling conversation. Ask how insulation, door openings, airflow and the way you arrange the contents affect the choice of system.

If you are concerned about humidity or condensation, tell us. Ask what the proposed installation will address and how that will be checked. Ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration meet different needs; start with the conditions you need inside.

Confirm power and equipment placement

Tell us what electrical supply you have and what other equipment will share it. Before installation and delivery are arranged, check the chosen system's power requirements and who will handle the connection.

Ask where the equipment will go, how it will be reached for servicing and where drainage will run. Show nearby buildings, walkways and planned doors on your drawing so you can consider the outside space alongside the inside.

Plan for everyday operation

Think about who will run the system, when it will be on and how often people will enter. Ask about the controls, maintenance and operating instructions for the equipment you choose.

For a larger conversion, plan cooling alongside the people using the space, electrical work and interior layout. Find out which design reviews, site connections and local approvals you need to arrange for your project.

Information that helps us prepare a quote

You do not need an equipment brand picked out before calling. Tell us how you will use the container and what conditions you need it to support, and we can start there.

  • Your preferred container size, condition and interior layout.
  • What you will store or do inside, operating hours and how often doors will open.
  • Any temperature or humidity requirements you need to meet.
  • The power available, possible equipment positions and photos of the delivery site.
  • Your plans for insulation, interior finishes and other modifications.

A few things worth knowing

Can AC be combined with doors and an office fit-out?

Yes. Plan them together so you can see where the equipment, openings and electrical work will fit. Your project quote will set out the agreed specifications.

Does an air-conditioned container provide refrigerated storage?

If you need refrigerated storage, tell us what the goods require and how you will handle them. It needs its own specifications; cooling a workspace is a different task.

Do I need insulation as well as AC?

Ask about insulation while you are planning the cooling. The container, conditions you need, interior layout and hours of use all matter when choosing the equipment.

Can you quote AC for a container I already own?

Send us its size, condition, photographs, location and existing modifications. The team will need to check whether the work is suitable and what inspection or preparation it needs.
